This REALLY needed to happen... IGG's business model has become envelopes with greed, and it has become blatantly apparent that they no longer care about the player. Just their money. The thing is, they will continue to do what they're doing unless we take a stand as players. What you're doing here is amazing, and I am happy to sign!

You should get more gems for less money. Special events require too many gems to be purchased. Or reduce significantly the amount of gems required to complete tasks or rolling for new heroes.

Stop decreasing chances on getting legendary. Havent rolled anything new in the past 4 months. And thats the last day i WASTED 20 dollars of my paycheck

I have spent more on this game than any other game in my life. I recently spent $250 USA dollars and rolled all of the gems. I only rolled 2 legendary heros and both were trash. I then had a free 150 gem roll and rolled a Michael. I have spent over $1,200 since Anubis came out and have rolled all of those gems. No Anubis for me yet. I am pissed and sick and tired of paying money to IGG. It should not have taken me 3 years to roll my first Pumpkin Duke and then they have it up for sale for $5. They are alienating their players.
