California should bring back the 30 year old smog exempt law as for collector car enthusiasts as many of them take good care and pride of maintaining their vehicles

Smog laws for older Vehicles are not justified. These are mostly collectable cars. We keep them running good and clean - They just want to get more out of our pockets.
