This is an awful idea, we already have four Caseys, and they are just fine. The placement of this Caseys is awful, unsafe, and will that street nearly impossible to navigate. I use the community center a lot and that street is semi safe, placing a Caseys there will only make it unsafe for kids walking to school. Our town is small and why can we just place this Caseys out by hyvee or PC? There are plenty of other places! The college and churches nearby do not want to deal with a Caseys being in the way and creating a n unsafe environment!

This caseys is very useful and the workers are great!

That is central location for the start of the parade for tulip time. No body wants to have a giant Caseys in the background of their pictures when they come to see a replica city of holland.

No thanks, Casey's, I don't want your gigantic eyesore right on our main street.

Horrible spot for Casey's to be there! Ambulance and fire truck services would struggle with that congestion!

A Caseys store on Main Street is NOT needed. Fix the truck parking area at the truck stop first!!!

I totally agree with not having another Casey's in town. It will do nothing for our community except make 2 stores empty and cause traffic issues on Main Street. I don't like the fact that it'll be right next to the library where teachers and kids from the daycare down the street walk to several times in the spring and summer. It's not a safe or covenant place at all. Please consider the safety of the children and people who use the trail. I know I'm careful to watch for people when driving but not everyone is. Plus it'll take away from the seating for tulip time and will make Pella look more like a covenant town than a historic Dutch town.

This is a bad idea for Casey's anyway, because that street gets blocked off for the Tulip Time parade. And, as such, people also pretty much camp out along that street to get a good view.

Building a Casey's on this property would destroy the downtown scene! The ones we already have serve the town well and closing the two on the square would just be rediculous

We need variety in this town and Caseys is drowning us in Pella with too many locations and horrible company to work for overall. I'm in no support of any more locations. We need to cut back already what we have.

Do NOT want a Casey's on. Main Street. It is a safety concern and not what is needed in the spot.

I'm originally from Pella. Putting a gas station across from Pizza Ranch is a ridiculous idea. You have 4 stations in town already. That's enough. You don't need a bigger one in a different place. Please stop the destruction of the beauty of a town like Pella.

We sit along the road by Pizza Ranch during the Tulip Time parade. A gas station there would tear away from the enjoyment of Tulip Time festivities. Not to mention, destroying the tranquility of the street. Build elsewhere. Or not at all. There are already several Casey's in town.

We don't need anymore caseys in town! We need a family friendly place instead.

Please reconsider a Caseys on Main.
