Traffic will be terrible and the train stoppage will be horrible.

Traffic pattern with train. Just normal traffic pattern on 2 lane road. Height of structure and parking for structure. Traffic increase on my street

Auto and railroad traffic is already strained in this area and a high rise will ruin the privacy and esthetic of the neighborhood

Very concerned about: Traffic congestion that will not only affect that corner but also surrounding streets when drivers avoid that area congestion and use other side streets for access to Chenoweth or Westport Rd, Trinity has bought 3 homes to expand parking lot for yet more cars passing through the area in question. Other concerns ,drainage, over sized buildings for area, sheer congestion.

Please reconsider this development. The area has enough traffic congestion. There is not enough parking and this development doesn’t go along with the area. The water runoff will also be a problem.

This planned development is not suitable for the location. There is already a traffic problem. It will destroy the character of the neighborhood.

These apartments are too tall for the area.

I oppose a complex with this large population at this location where both the railroad and traffic created will slow movement and provide hazardous conditions in the area.

We are a beautiful somewhat small community like a Village. The thought of a developer coming in and destroying the concept of our community is like a rock in your sail. I cant even imagine what traffic would be like. Just to list a few issues ; 4 major schools and several pre schools. All get out at the same time. Several churches that have several programs going on all week long. The rail road tracks. Last week the the train had issues and several streets were closed for a day and a half. The train runs a couple of times a day and traffic gets backed up sometimes severely. For surrounding neighbors in the 50207 area, it is a hassle when your going to shop at Kroger or Target . Please keep the 40207 neighbors informed as to what’s happening! Please. Mary A Wise

I'm tired of our neighborhood being ransacked by greedy developers. Our property value will decrease. Traffic, crime and noise will increase. Leave RIDGEWAY ALONE!

Too big. Too much for that intersection and Westport Road. Westport road has enough traffic. While the interchange has been wonderful to have it has dumped way to much traffic for Westport Road to handle

no- the traffic, noise and pollution from this type of development will be horrible. I moved to this area specifically because it was a nice quiet, safe area. Since moving here the traffic has become much worse with the 264 ramps, including many accidents some fatal. No No No

Stuffing more apartments in an already congested area makes zero sense. Shelbyville rd is already bad enough and this makes the traffic worse.

This is development would be out of character for the area and the traffic would be extremely heavy for the existing roads and streets. I cannot see how this could possibly be approved.

This is much too high density for this area! The traffic is already bad and this would make it so much worse. This is right along a traffic pattern for many schools. A student was recently hit in the area with traffic as bad as it already is. This would also ruin the character of the neighborhood. Please don’t allow this to go through.
