Very much do not want this to go through. The traffic on Massie is already too fast and too plentiful. There is also another condo development being built on the west end of Massie near Chenoweth that is going to increase throughput on this road. On top of that, the intersection at Westport and Ridgeway is a mess as it stands!

More people means more cars on the mess created by putting our roads on a diet. Four extra minutes of travel time already. What does the EPA think about adding that many residents with cars creating additional traffic?

Hopefully St. Matthews will learn from their previous mistake of allowing the monstrosity of a bank building to overwhelm the corner of Chenoweth and Shelbyville Rd.

Planners aren't thinking of the VA hospital traffic that will increasingly make Westport Rd busier; nor when Trinity High School is in session

This would be an absolute nightmare.

This development is not appropriate for this old neighborhood and I oppose it. It will ruin the area as well as The City of St Matthews in many ways.

I vehemently oppose this apartment building as it will change the character of the neighborhood as well as increase traffic in the area, which can be problematic especially when there are trains crossing

Traffic across the tracks will be a mess. Westport rd. Is a major link to st. Matthews and environs, such as Seneca Park.

This is far too high density for this area, traffic is already a nightmare. Put up a few million dollar+ houses instead!

The proposed development seems much too big for this area and would likely create a traffic nightmare for the surrounding neighborhood and community as a whole. Can’t we just preserve some green space?

The proposed development, in the last green space in St. Matthews, would be a sad mistake.

This project is too dense for area which is primarily single residential homes. Traffic confusion at the intersection near the RR Tracks already exists and the cut-through traffic on Ridgeway and Brown already ignore the speed limit. This project will only magnify these issues. I'm apposed to the plan as it has been presented.

This development is too intrusive and not to scale for our neighborhood. The increased traffic created by this development will change our street from a neighborhood street to a main thoroughfare unsafe for kids and pedestrians.

I cannot believe that anyone, other than those out to make a profit, would think that this project is a good idea. It will RUIN our neighborhood and it is being crammed down out throats...
