The area is already very congested. The streets of Westport & Ridgeway could not handle the impact.

GOOD drainage is a must if the development goes through. Traffic is another problem.

This change in this area will only cause traffic problems and also present a possible hazard from people who are trying to “beat the train”! Very dangerous idea for that area on Ridgeway and Westport Rd. Will also add traffic problems for adjacent streets! No please!

Stop adding oversized complexes to neighborhood roads that can NOT handle the traffic. Just stop. Planning commission is suppose to support neighborhoods for a safe enjoyable community. Every new complex has just destroyed this city.

I oppose this project. It does not fit into the single family neighborhood and will cause traffic nightmares.

I believe the property should be used for mixed development, not all apartments. I am concerned about additional traffic in an already busy area with the RR track and converging streets.

I grew up in Ridgeway, the house. The damage that this proposed atrocity of a construction project would do to the neighborhood is immeasurable.

The LDC needs serious revisions. This development must be stopped. Already major traffic problems. Just wait until Metro allows 296 apartments.

Part of the appeal of moving to St. Matthews is the area is already successfully developed and therefore neighborhoods feel stable from the commotion of development. We do not need to consume every available inch of land for development — it’s taking away the appeal of our small city within the big city. Please don’t allow this obtrusion.

This is absolutely insane to put extra traffic into this tight area. KEEP ST MATTHEWS LIKE IT IS!!!! We don't need traffic nightmare around this area!!

I am strongly opposed to this Gilman's Point housing project. The intersection is currently challenging and to add hundreds of new residents at this location would create true havoc. These narrow corridors cannot handle the additional volume of traffic. The streets of Ridgeway and Brown are already "cut through" streets for Shelbyville Road to Westport creating unsafe speeding on these streets. Please do the right thing and end this project proposal.

Please halt plans for this neighborhood. The traffic is already very busy and congested, especially when trains are passing by.

The development is out of character for the neighborhood.

Just not enough space to pack in such a huge housing development.

I live nearby and I am in this area at least once a week. Traffic is already heavy in the area and there are many apartments nearby. This is not what should be here.

This development is completely out of character with the neighborhood and would cause additional traffic issues, light and water run off pollution.

Problems with traffic at the railroad tracks even now. This proposed apartment complex will not make traveling easier. Strongly oppose.

Terrible idea.

Terrible traffic exists around the area, the railroad tracks create backups at all times. Bad idea.
