The Waterson and Westport road traffic can’t handle additional vehicles. The neighborhoods and infrastructure isn’t developed for this many additional residents.

I am opposed to the density of the proposed construction project at Ridgeway Av and Westport Road. The area is appropriate for single family residences only.

I definitely oppose these apartments. Traffic will be a nightmare. The size is hideous!!! This will ultimately reduce housing prices in St Matthews. I also see crime rate rising. An absolute nightmare. Our police department would need to increase staff and hardly see then now. Absolutely NO!!!

Too tall does not fit the neighborhood and too much added traffic to an already congested area.

This area is losing green space at a rapid rate. Roads have been widened and traffic is still dangerously heavy. This many apartments in a small space will only make it worse.

I oppose the plan which will add more traffic to West Port Road and I am oppose the loss of green space in our city.

Traffic concerns: VA Hospital already underway- traffic already increased as infrastructure is not in place, this is causing massive delays Additional population adds these traffic concerns: 264 east, Exit 22 - Lanes for Rt 22, & Northeast/ & Southwest Rt 42 - these lanes will cause disruptions in traffic flow due to oncoming ramp from Westport Road/ exit 21. 264 East to ramp 71 North Westport Road, SR 1447 at exit 21 on 264 Westport Road, SR 1447 Northeast & Southwest

NO to this rezoning project , we can’t keep squeezing in these large projects on every square foot of green space. NO! Who wants more traffic, pollution and apartments in such a small space?

Traffic is terrible in this area, especially certain times of the day-especially when Trinity starts and gets out. Adding all the extra cars would be a nightmare!

I am very opposed to the development of additional apartments at Gilman Point. Way too much traffic now. We don’t need mode!

They had to widen Westport Rd already because of heavy traffic. We do not need another traffic problem. The circular drive will not solve the problem. This plan will bring our property values down. A high rise does not go with the areas aesthetics.

There are far more reasons not to construct a 3 story bldg to house 300 residences that own 1-2 vehicles on a 2-lane Rd that dead-ends into a small commercial lot & a RR unless of course you are the developer, a conglomerate, just one of handful of multi-millionaires that make up that group, looking to increase their portfolios while exponentially degrading everyone else's daily life in a 5-mile radius.
