Let them build what they want. I was born in Cary in 1968 and I remember when this whole area was nothing but farms. Every single one of you in Cary Park et al are nothing but hypocrites. The land your house was built on was once beautiful and undeveloped in my childhood. Now its all McMansion garbage.

We are renting but will not consider buying in this area, now that we know how much development is planned for the surrounding area! This makes Apex look much more attractive!

We have at least 4 daycares within the 2 mile radius. Congestion caused by pick-up/drop-off will be intolerable given the under capacity of the adjacent roads.

The town council is completely out of control on western Cary development...cheap apartments and townhouses EVERYWHERE. Don't suppose any of you live nearby...stop tree removal and traffic congestion NOW!

We are one of the first communities that was developed in Cary Park from inception in 2000. This is extremely disheartening on every turn our area is always petitioning development that will cause our homes to depreciate in value. Their are no words to describe how violated we feel. If it wasn't for our initial participation, where would you all be? Please be mindful that our request is not a difficult one. You have other options and I respectfully request that you utilize the land for residential and not destroy the natural beauty of the trees that protects our investment and also adds to our investment. I thank you in advance for considering our request and prayerfully ask that you honor our request.

This area is not designed for this type of zoning. We already have several day care centers in the surrounding neighborhoods. Enough is enough. Please stop the sprawl.

Hell no! Stop the rape of our land and keep us the beautiful Cary we love. The last thing we need is more commercial property around here!!!!!!!

My property directly borders this proposed development. I am in full agreement with the requested amendments for additional property boundaries to protect the value of our homes!

We absolutely do not want this development to go in. This will cause too much traffic and the lot is not big enough to have 5 buildings with a huge daycare and large 2 1/12 story office buildings.
