I live in bear creek community and work from home. It is already so loud with planes flying over constantly. And helicopters. NO JeTS please or it will be intolerable

Ormond Beach has no need for a jet runway expansion. There are other existing airports within approximately 10 miles that can be used. Let’s maintain our quality of life which is why we moved to Ormond Beach in the first place.

I do not want any extensions of airport runway! We live directly east of the airport on the beachside have since 1955 and this whole project is a big NO!

I saw how the neighborhoods around Melbourne FL airport were affected
The thought of jobs being brought to the area was seed like a plus, now they will test engines at full throttle for an hour at a time at 10:00 pm.
Not good for the people in a two mile radios if you need sleep for work the next day.

NO NO and NO. I am in a flight path already and the noise is horrible. Can't hear normal conversation when the small planes pass overhead. No No No to an extension and more development!!

Don't let the City fool you. If this is ever done, then it will definitely become a Pandora's Box. Do you really want to allow well over 600 Jet aircraft operations, as stated in the documents to the FAA, to garner approval of this project. If you think adding another 600'-1000' of runway, is going to bring in High Paying Jobs, then I have a bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell you. The City has been making the same claim for over 20 years now, about the Ormond Crossings project. The result, 1 business moved there, all the way from across town.

The airport continues to be financially in the red year after year. Any normal business would close. With the closure of the golf course and the desire by the City to extend runways for more aircraft in my opinion the airport needs to close. I bet 75% or more of the people living in the city get no benefit from the airport. I have even talked with people who live in the city and didn't know it was in the red, some didn't even think about it. Airport businesses can relocate to nearby Ormond Crossings, which never took off and needs some new building. Nothing has happened in years except for an insurance company office building constructed.

There are people living here retired and expect a quiet life they’re already putting up with the airplanes buzzing the area. There’s children that have to study because the school is so close which I feel is very dangerous for airplanes flying over a school full of children I think it’ll be more dangerous with aunt more airplanes flying over schools for children we need to give this some serious thought too many people in this area with children and think about the safety issues it’s important please reconsider.
