My daughter attended Cardinal mcclosky"s st. Anthony's head start she flourished with the support of the staff and the teachers who were always in tuned to her needs. I would love to see an elementary like this which focuses on a whole child.

I am a special needs consultant, advocate and trainer and know how vital such a program would be to these very vulnerable children and their caregivers.

I as an employee of CMCS and working with our youth in foster care and having the experience of teaching realize how important it is to have a school with structure and a curriculum that will advance each individual young child's education. Education is the key to a child's success in life.

So many parents and children from different programs are so happy with the services Cardinal McCloskey offers; it really hurts them to say goodbye. Opening a charter school will bring them the opportunity to stay and continue growing within the organization instead of going to another program.

I support CMCS charter school and look forward to transitioning my Head Start children and families into this charter school.

All parents everywhere deserve to have options, a choice for their children's education and this underprivileged community could really benefit from a school with more than an academic focus.
