I believe in Carter keeping the kilt as it isn't fair to penalize an entire population of the school for the way a minority chooses to wear it. Regardless of my personal feelings, if the administration wants to ban the kilt, they can follow the rules and do it properly.

All of the girls in my school, me included, want to wear a kilt for next year and the others years we have left in this school. We know that some girls wear the kilt wrong, so tell those girls to wear pants, instead of the all girls to stop wearing kilts. It's not fair that we can't wear the kilt because of other girls in our school.

The kilts should not be ban. They help us feel girly and allow us to express ourselves. Also, they look nice. Taking them away is almost as if they are robbing the students of the opportunities to represent our arts passions and show them off. Don't hate and be difficult, just keep the freaking kilt.
