HAS THE TWO HOUR CAR PARKING AFFECTED THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU SPEND ON OUR HIGH STREET AND THE SHOPPING IN LOCAL BUSINESSES.

This has an affect on clients booking hair colour appointments, limited to time so can’t go shopping , lunch or make a day out in town

Please keep the parking extended to 3 hours

Of course it makes a difference. You cannot visit the town to browse etc.

This car park is for the people of Whitchurch to access the town. People will do all they need to in town and then move to another supermarket to shop so it will work negatively for Tesco anyway. Our town is small and many people travel by car to visit. Tesco needs to show support for the whole town on this issue

Visitors to the town who would perhaps like to stay for a meal will be deterred. I was also under the impression that the White Lion Meadow belonged to the people of Whitchurch.

Yes the 2 hour parking rule affects the time I spend in town.These parking restrictions kill trade in most towns.When will councils learn

Ridiculous just as the new leisure centre opens, it's like Tesco are doing it on purpoes. I hope after visiting the centre you run out of time to do a shop in Tesco. Bring something new into the town and Tesco try to spoil it.

If shopping in town and going for lunch which I do regularly with a friend with poor mobility there simply isn't enough time. Therefore either lunch or shopping is now done elsewhere.

I attend several groups in Whitchurch each week, which are 2 hours in duration. This means I have to leave the group early in order to move my car within the two hours. Tesco’s is the most central and convenient car park for these activities and for all the local shops. I therefore don’t have time to shop unless I move my car to another car park. This is most inconvenient, especially for senior citizens and the disabled amongst us. People are therefore not spending as much time in town, which will have a detrimental effect on local businesses.

Introduce pay and display machines

Three hours gave enough time to shop, browse, have coffee/lunch without worry, now its quick quick quick watch the clock and no time to browse and everyone suffers especially town traders.

2 hours isn’t always enough

This will affect our spending in town ,moat likely now not have lunch and shopping in tescos then local shops and lunch. 3 hour lunch at etzios gone now . Please do t penalise our local town it was just taking off. Who goes for a 3 hour swim ridiculous

Reduced hours will have a detrimental effect on small local businesses and small community groups hosting regular classes in town

Our visits were affected years back when they reduced the time we could park at Tescos, we used to shop then have a coffee or lunch , but that stopped.

Hair dressers then home. Haven't time to shop as well.

Definitely affects time spent in town

It’s an absolute joke ,do you really want us to start shopping in a different town ?

Does not allow time to browse shops in town / coffee/grocery shop- town centre will suffer & also Tesco itself!

More houses being built most of them have more than one car, so cut the parking down and put the charges up and what do you get empty shops and that would be a shame for our town.
