Students should be allowed to decorate their caps. I am more than disappointed to see that someone I will be attending college with in another state, is reaching out to everyone because they cannot express themselves and the journey they pushed for during highschool. It's shameful you cannot make this special day, even more special and meaningful to them. Their unity also already stands as they graduate side by side, one another.
Sincerely,
A Pinkerton Academy Student (Derry, NH)

Personalizing caps for their graduation day should be part of the final farewell (if they so desire). Being able to express who they are on this momentous day should be encouraged. I seriously hope you reconsider.

Every other Manchester school is allowed to, why not trinity? It's not dangerous. It's fun.

I hope the administration will allow us to express something about our years at THS or our hopes for the future in a dignified way.

Our whole trinity carreer you tell us to be a community, but on our graduation day we are all individuals moving towards our next step.

Decorating your cap is a tradition seniors have looked forward too for generations, it's a shame our class doesn't get that opportunity to express our selves and it's time for that to change

This is a simple way of showing individuality. Graduating high school is a huge accomplishment. Let them shine and be themselves!
