Bilingual teacher deserve the best! The amount of work that they do for our kids to have a bright and successful future is something that as a mom will always be grateful for.

I know several people that had bilingual teachers, and if it wasn't for them their lives would not be of what they have become now. They can read write and interpret for those who cannot, and some have become bilingual teachers. Bilingual teachers deserve equal pay.

I was a student that benefited from the bilingual program. These teachers deserve the best because they are double preparing the students!

Yes, these teachers deserve to be compensated. They are worth their weight in gold. We moved from Irvine USD to Capo USD because of this program. Irvine would not start an immersion program. This program brings families to our community.

Bilingualism is such a treasure and it should be recognised as such. I totally support a fair compensation.

Our teachers deserve a fair salary for their tireless work and dedication to the students. Students attending a dual immersion school at an early age in their lives, not only learn the language, culture, acceptance towards diversity, etc., but have the opportunity to a better future full of opportunities. I implore for you to be mindful of teachers that they deserve to be better compensated for their bilingual credentials. It is only fair and well deserved!
