Deny Canyon Springs in Eastern Truckee

I am very concerned that this is too much development for our city to handle.

This project contradicts the Truckee General Plan in so many ways it's hard to know where to start. Planning Commissioners, deny this FEIR!

No to this development ! It will ruin my property value and be a dangerous amount of car traffic down our crossstreet where my children walk to the bus stop

Why are they doing this? There are empty lots behind us now that have been unpurchased for years!

Let's not damage the environment with more urban sprawl!

Please oppose the Canyon Springs sprawling development because of the increased traffic and negative environmental and wildlife impact in our area.

Stop Sprawl NOW!

This additional development is entirely unnecessary. It will be damaging to the local environment and economy. The Town of Truckee should remember their commitment to limiting urban sprawl and not allow this development to occur.

This development poses a huge safety issue to those residing in the Glenshire subdivision. The roads do not exist for safe evacuation in case of a disaster and definitely not with added growth.

Please follow the general plan and stop this horrendous project that will reduce the quality of our lives not just here in Glenshire, but in the entire community.

NO! To the development of Canyon Springs.

This project is NOT infill and goes against the General Plan. This is a prime example of sprawl! Developing it would be an environmental and community blunder. This project has been a bad idea for 30 years. It still is.

Please keep our wildlife safe! Please keep our children safe (due to traffic impact)! Please keep our town of Truckee the town the founders developed it to be! I am AGAINST the Canyon Springs SPRAWL development!!!!!

This development will encroach upon the wildlife habitat of the Glenshire and Martis Peak and Juniper Hills areas.

We need Truckee in-fill not sprawl...quality of life in Truckee depends on our access to open spaces... We need more bike/hiking trails and access to the undeveloped land for the Glenshire community...Canyon Springs development will negatively impact the quality of life for Glenshire residents!

Why is Glenshire being used as a outlet.

Please deny this development as it would destroy the beauty of the area, reduce wildlife habitat, and generate urban sprawl.

I do not believe that the Crystal Springs Project is needed and would only add to urban sprawl and loss of open space and wildlife habitat.
