With all the empty land available still, I feel there is

These type of projects are contradictory to what our town is about. People will still come to town and spend money. Leave our beautiful surroundings alone.

Glenshire and this town can not support this developments for future impact on our roads and grocerie stores. There has not been sufficient study on growth, inviroment impact. Greed is the motovator

I have seen previous developments cripple the economy of private contractors, realtors, painters etc. of this community. In addition my family has owned their home in Glenshire for 20 years and have seen cutting into the greenbelt cause wild animals to filter into the neighbors leaving coyotes to eat all small pets, bears to break into garages causing damage, all the while effecting the animals natural instincts to hunt. Not worth it.

We are Glenshire homeowners for 30 years. The road infrastructure is not sufficient for the Canyon Springs project which should not be approved.

It is time we act like the stewards of the earth. Deny the Canyon Springs development application and FEIS. A very low density subdivision in that area similar to the others in the Martis Peak Road area makes much more sense, to limit the impact to the community and environment, while still giving the property owners a value for their property.

I grew up in glenshire, my parents still reside there. Taking the open space away from these areas is what will ruin what makes truckee/Tahoe amazing. We don't need more homes when there are more than 1000 homes for sale in the area. Canyon Springs, as well as other new developments around the area, is just ridiculously stupid

Please deny Canyon Springs development. Open space is necessary for our environment, water supply and economy. A healthy economy does not equate with more development but rather the desire to live in an area that respects our wild lands.
