Canon's EOS line of cameras have always included an "Interval" and "frame record" setting. These options have been integral to filmmakers and content creators who use the EOS line of cameras. The removal of these settings makes it harder if not impossible to create time-lapse videos and animated videos.

Canon took these away from the newest line of EOS cameras. We want these options back with a firmware update. The follow cameras in particular should have the option added BACK. CANON EOS C300 MK iii, CANON EOS C500 MK ii, and the CANON C70.

It is not right for Canon to take a staple option of the line away from us.

Critical feature I’ve used on all my previous Canon Cinema cameras many times for broadcast work. The omission here is killing me, and it means I need to travel with more gear and take more time to set things up on a shoot. A real hindrance to productivity. Please bring it back!

The time lapse feauture is an important part of filmmaking. The setting was really intuitive in the c200, and I expected to have it in the c70. The fact that the setting is missing in the c70 is a huge letdown. Please bring it back!

This is a valuable feature that already exists on c300 MI and MII. Seems as though a firmware update could easily restore the function for the newest model, especially given that the form factor makes it possible to rig the camera on a gimbal for hyper lapse

simple mid level bit rate interval record would make this a fully all-around unit. I can leave my stills camera at the studio and capture quick-fire time-lapses too keep clients happy and lower my general workflow time

Yes I was surprised to see that time lapse was no longer possible on canons 3 latest cinema cameras. Please bring it back as I consider this essential for documentary filmmaking.

Please bring back frame record & time lapse. I often work with 2 C series camera bodies and when the 2nd one isn’t shooting I’ll often set up a time lapse. I LOVE those functions.

It is terrible to REMOVE a feature that's been on the Cinema Series cameras since the original C300

It was a terrible mistake by Canon to REMOVE a feature that's been on the Cinema Series cameras since the original C300.
