It is terrible to REMOVE a feature that's been on the Cinema Series cameras since the original C300

Really a sad omission and easily remedied. Please update to add interval record via firmware.

I bought the C70 expecting this would be there just as with my C200.... I was shocked to find out on a shoot that I had to pull out my R5 instead of the C70 to create a decent timelapse. This seems like a major f@#$up on Canon's part. Why on earth would you take away such a basic feature? C'mon guys, please get your s@#! together and put it back.

Insame decision. It is part of each camera since cinema has been invented

Please please please! I need this feature back for my workflow
Mind blown that the c300 mark iii doesn't have an interval option. Very sad.

Critical feature I’ve used on all my previous Canon Cinema cameras many times for broadcast work. The omission here is killing me, and it means I need to travel with more gear and take more time to set things up on a shoot. A real hindrance to productivity. Please bring it back!

The time lapse feauture is an important part of filmmaking. The setting was really intuitive in the c200, and I expected to have it in the c70. The fact that the setting is missing in the c70 is a huge letdown. Please bring it back!

Please bring these features back. These features made these cameras so much more powerful and made me be proud to own Canon. After Canon removed these features, I’m considering other brands. If Canon doesn’t want my money it’s there loss.

This is a valuable feature that already exists on c300 MI and MII. Seems as though a firmware update could easily restore the function for the newest model, especially given that the form factor makes it possible to rig the camera on a gimbal for hyper lapse

simple mid level bit rate interval record would make this a fully all-around unit. I can leave my stills camera at the studio and capture quick-fire time-lapses too keep clients happy and lower my general workflow time

Just received a C70 and having interval and frame record has always been a major plus on C cameras. Please Canon Please!
