To the Board of Appeals:
I was a neighbor of Canna Med Care while it operated at 1222 Sutter Street.
I write in support of Canna Med Care’s appeal and wholeheartedly support its efforts to obtain a permit to operate a medical cannabis facility at their previous location, 1222 Sutter Street.
When Canna Med Care operated in the neighborhood, it was a fantastic facility. The presence of SF Patrol Special officers, which Canna Med Care hired, gave me a real sense of safety and security.
I would like to see that operation back in business. I know that if it re-opens, it will also increase local economic activity.

The increase in support has provided us with the necessary leverage to request a formal hearing with the Board of Appeals. I am currently finalizing the legal documentation required to present these neighborhood perspectives directly to the commissioners.

I was not only a neighbor but I also worked at Canna Med Care. I provided alternative healthcare to the community. CMC was a wonderful establishment adding value to the neighborhood.
Cannamed needs to be brought back! There are literally hundreds of others scattered throughout the City, why should Cannamed be an exception?
I have absolutely no objection to CMC reopening and would welcome them back as part of the community.

I think this is a solid & community based operation that deserves to be given the support of every other business in our fair city.
