ROBBERY plain and simple. XER will go on to enrich vested interests, whilst XEL burns - taking with it pension savings, school funds, inheritances of great emotional significance and basic savings... a trail of personal heartbreak. Write to everyone you can think of - the PM, MPs, the OGA - everyone and everybody. We MUST shine a bright (and urgent) investigative light into this dark and grubby corner of misleading, calamitous and malignant practice. We will not roll over; we will not be cowed and we will not accept this contrived "fate".

This must be listened to on behalf of all the people who put their trust in our BOD. For many it's devastating and life-changing

OGA should make sure North sea oil assert should not be used as betting chips for others to play-on it, in the sense showing it's potential and generate money from public share listing then passing on to unknown third party by the name of bones/debts.

A strategic asset in N/S accredited 267mb XEL if it can't repay Bonds it should go into receivership in the UK and be subject to his crutiny of the situation and make best efforts to sell for the benifit of all involved. This is a UK asset and we can now see why AIM is seen as unregulated and the listing on the better regulated Canadian exchange was cancelled.

If this is how the Great Britain allows it's companies and regulators to run, we're doomed as a country. Thousands of shareholders have had millions of pounds of pensions, investments and life savings fiddled from them, but what looks like mis-leading statements and yet the regulators, officials and government agencies hide behind 'we don't have the power or cannot talk about individual cases! Waste of space. Having absorbed a huge life changing loss, I will never invest in "Great Britain" again. AIM is a joke!!

I have lost a significant sum of money due to what now looks like very misleading statements from the directors which surely must be investigated.

I have shares in this company that are now worthless hanks to the ineptitude of the board of directors. I have been deceived on many counts of lies & misinformation coming from this company & the government related department. They are as far as I can see an ineffective body of people just like xcite.

Suspend this licence while an investigation takes place into the actions of XEL's directors.
