Sub: - Complaint letter related to conduct of examination.

Sir,

With due respect this is to inform that we the students of 2nd semester from C .V Raman polytechnic, we want our exam to be get canceled because of covid - 19 pandemic. And there are many reasons for which we want our exam to be get canceled even though our classes were held by the help of “ZOOM APP”.

1). Due to unstable internet connection online classes were not efficient.

2). If in case our exams held in offline it may have chances to increase the risk of corona spreading and getting infected by many students because the students have to appear the exam for which they are coming from different states and districts and also there are many travelling issues.

3). In case we are conducted by online exam the unstable internet connection will not be beneficial to students due to pandemic situation.

4). Many students were not able to attend the online classes because of network issues and those who have attended they also faced a lot of problems like disturbances and it was not clear audio also.

5). There was no proper timing also for those online classes sometimes the classes were held in the first half and sometimes they were held in the second half.

6) Most important is if the classes were so easy to have them in online then why did we paid our money to our respective institutions as educational fees.

As per regarding above all the issues and there are many more reasons if we concern each and every students. We want our exam to be get canceled.
