The ignorance displayed by the women of the view towards the nursing profession was offensive, the half-hearted and laughable apology was even worse. If the hosts of the View are this ignorant towards a profession such as nursing then I can only believe they are uneducated gossip-mongers.

I really think the view is giving their opinions on just everything under the sun!! I have a view also but it does not mean it is right!! I have seen my daughter come home after a 12 hour shift totally exhausted working in the ER in Austin Texas taking care of everything from mean drunks to babies to car accidents and so many other things! Its dangerous and nobody really knows anyones job unless they can do it!! Which as a nurse takes alot of college and emotional strength!! If you are going to be on national TV maybe you need to study up on subjects before you make a "joke"!! Nurses rule AND everyone else that works in a hospital as far as the cleaning cooking and so much more!!!

I am signing this not only for the nurses out there but also for anyone these so called "ladies" have discouraged and/or disgraced during their time on tv. I have no respect for someone who sits on their high horse and tries to diminish someone else. They don't deserve to be paid for their hateful or gurtful comments. Go sit in a coffee shop or whatever and talk about people amongst yourselves. I know they apologized, but if you ask me it was for ratings. Not buying it!
