We have not had proper time to prepare for the midterms. At the very least change the dates we will be taking them.

I've been stressing over midterms, SOLs, and finals last year. It's been so terrible I've been growing gray hair. All I ask is to cancel midterms.

Reading this petition, I fully agree and expect this not only to impact Midterms, but all standardize testing. Teachers now-a-days are focused solely on teaching us things that are going to be on these types of tests, and it takes not only the fun out of the lessons, but also all the real information. Before these tests impacted their salaries, teachers taught about life and the best way to tackle it. Not facts that, in real life will prove to be useless!

If anything, midterms should not count or be optional. They are too stressful to study for and after that the highest i get is a C or B. Midterms are not worth it. We haven't even gone over anything about midterms with our teachers yet.

Midterms this year seems completely ridiculous considering I haven't been to my A day classes in a month. We have had hardly any time for review. Those who have the authority to cancel midterms should seriously consider doing so. It is only fair for LCPS students.

I have worked very hard for the grades I have. I do not want that to be for nothing when I am unable to do well on my midterms. I will not do well after about a month of no education.
