Midterms should be optional and the grade should only count if it boosts the students overall grade.

Too many cancelled days, and there just isn't enough time to prepare. I haven't gotten a single study guide, and none have been posted on VISION nor my school's website.

Loudoun County is not in a state to give Midterm exams. We have had only 3 days of school out of the last 6 possible, and due to my schedule, I might not get any help or review in my academic subjects, which I've missed a lot in. It is wrong to have these exams when most students will perform terribly on them, due to the very small instruction time we've received. It's not just me LCPS, it's everyone.

I think there should NOT be midterms. There has been to many cancelled days students are stressed. Make it optional.

Midterms should be cancelled considering we need more time and if you guys say no to canceling midterm at least make sure that they are optional for counting to our final grade thank you

I think loudoun county public schools should cancel the mid term exams because all of the days off we had means the students might not learn all the material on the exam in a shortend time.

This "standardized mentality" isn't conducive to active learning. I know deadlines don't make me learn information any better. Let us learn and exercise critical thinking rather than crunch-time memorizing.

The inability to go over certain material adds a lot of unnecessary stress to the students. I think our grades would benefit from making midterms optional.
