This is the first year I haven't felt prepared to take midterms. As a senior, I've been too busy with college applications to focus on studying, and the recent snow days have cut into crucial review time. Midterms more often hurt than help a student's grades: I can say this from experience and from what teachers have told me. I know that there was a survey of some LCPS teachers on whether or not LCPS should administer midterms, but why wasn't it given to all teachers? Please LCPS, cancel midterms: each snow day/delay compounds the stress upon me and my fellow students.
