As a million + flyer on Air Canada I find Rouge an intolerable alternative especially for anyone over 5'4.

Air Canada Rogue is poor excuse for an airline. The fares are the same cost at regular air canada flights yet the airplane experience is far far worse. This discount airline is flawed and should be gone all together. The only people it makes sense is Air Canada who are getting away with highway robbery.

I travel back and forth to Palm Beach where I have a home . Last night I had to fly home from Fort Lauderdale due to the limited flights from Palm Beach as this time of year which by the way is also a horrible idea of Air Canada's . The flight last night was rouge and it was horrible ! If rouge is going to happen for the Palm Beach routes , I will be changing airlines . Also I used my upgrades last night , what a waste . Just horrible and inferior on all fronts !

Super elite for 8 years, 1MM plus, shocked this petition has not been out before. Announcing not to drink purchased alcohol from duty free on the plane, insulting. This is on the Barbados route. Come on think through your clients. Not a boozing, all you can drink island. Thought you guys were only supposed to be flying rouge to new destinations and unprofitable routes. Vegas? Unprofitable? Yeah right. Should never be flying mainstream routes without an alternative. AC reputation has taken a huge hit on rouge. I used to be proud this was the airline representing my country.

Rouge, unfortunately, is not an alternative. It is forced upon some. I do not object to alternatives. But significant reductions are needed.

I avoid rouge at all costs. I fly another airline or alter destination to avoid these horrible flights.

Our Rouge flight was terrible. Cramped seating, unrecognizable "food", no entertainment on a 10 hour flight. I will never fly Rouge

If Air Canada does not improve it's service levels on these longer routes it will almost certainly lose significant business and market share. There are many other better quality options for travelers to take. Would be nice to support a Canadian airline but if there service isn't there then we will easily switch airlines.

for the most part the staff on the planes did the best they could...planes small ,seats small...often dont get the seats i paid for in advance...

I was 35k last year and reduced my routes so much to avoid getting "rouged" that I didn't earn status this year. I chose other airlines instead. I would like to support air canada but I avoid flying rouge at all costs!

Air Canada Rouge is terrible. When Air Canada changed to Rouge on flights from Toronto to Nassau we had little choice. 3 hours of small seats, no TV's and extra high fees. Why can't we travel like it used to be - an experience to enjoy and to look forward to. Not one to dread before a needed holiday.

Rouge is absolutely awful! Low budget airline, or piece of crap? There is difference. Please repeal this sorry excuse for a low-budget airline.
