At least charge a lot less for Rouge flights, but better to just scrap it.

Flying to LAS several times per year now on business (conventions). I refuse to fly Rouge. I'm not on some sort of gambling package tour. Why do you treat me as if I am?

The more you pay the less you get! A completely shameful option for a national airline. Disgusting in every way. Shocking that anyone has to put up with this.

A disgrace for Air Canada. Aside from Trump Air, I would fly anything else.

We need to allow for, and encourage competition.

Rouge is testimony to air canada exhibiting a near monopoly position in Canada. It is offensive to consumers. Pricing on Miami and ft Lauderdale routes have gone up, quantity has gone down, less leg space, elimination of entertainment, reduction in quality of air conditioning and heat. Rouge is a slap in the face to consumers

Rouge is terrible and creates a miserable experience. I specifically hate Rouge for the following reasons: - The seats are incredibly cramped. I am a 6'0'' male and cannot fit my legs directly under the seats. - There are not any phone chargers on any of the seats. This is a significant issue - The movies on the Air Canada app are horrible and are not updated frequently - The fact that wifi can only be used for the Air Canada app is mind boggling - why not open it up for all purposes. In short, Air Canada is taking advantage of their monopoly position to provide a significantly worse service without any benefits or cost adjustment to customers.

I am a super-elite member but have started flying on other airlines when Rouge is the only option on Air Canada. I will happily give up my super-elite status rather than have to endure another Rouge flight, particularly on international routes. The price for "Premium Rouge" is often the same or only slightly less than business class tickets on other airlines so why would anyone endure a Rouge flight. Bad service, horrible plans, often delayed because of mechanical issues, rude flight attendants, terrible food, no in-flight entertainment (unless I want hold onto a filthy, worn out I-pad, uncomfortable seats etc, etc, etc. Air Canada, you are not looking out for your executive class customers who are willing to pay for comfort and good service. You've lost me as a customer unless you stop flying Rouge on international and/or long-haul flights.

I now book any other mainline airline than Air Canada where the Rouge flight is over 3 hrs. On rewards the points should be lowered for this product.

I take every step NOT to fly Rouge. So uncomfortable, no T.V. screens, cramped quarters. It's a disgrace!
