Canadians Against Air Canada Rouge

I flew Rouge to Phoenix in February and agree with the comments of this petition. I will not be flying Air Canada ie.. Rouge to Phoenix again.

I refuse to fly rouge. I now book west jet on yyz-mia and yyz-las routes.

Terrible crumpled worn out seats

I had bought flight passes from AC for next year. When I heard it was going to be on Rouge, I asked for, and received a full refund. The person at AC was not surprised. I got the feeling the many others has asked for the same refund. I have now booked my next two flights on AA.I have nothing but complaints about Rouge.

Very uncomfortable. Also if people need to use their tablets for entertainment there should be an ability to charge as there is on Air Canada flights

Don't forget to tell all of your friends who are NOT Canadian to fly someone else to Canada. British Airways, Lufthansa, ANY MAJOR AIRLINE, but Air Canada. Disgraceful service in Business Class . Poorly trained staff, less leg room (even in Business Class, and one row, 4 seats, were deleted from Business Class. I really pity the Economy Class passengers, especially taller people. Disgrace to Canada!

I concur and have not been using the airline as much because of it. In fact I am avoiding them as much as possible.

Flew Rouge from San Diego to Toronto - , the smallest most uncomfortable seat I've ever experienced. I fly monthly and always fly Air Canada but this was my first experience with Rouge - never again.

I am a 100K million mile and I fly on united from Toronto to Lima via Newark instead of direct as it is rouge. I have a South America flight pass and I do not feel that a segment on rouge is equivalent to a segment on AC (pods). I see that because most people are dissatisfied with rouge and are going on other airlines so AC introduced another requirement to hit status based on dollars spent on AC which I feel is pretty nasty of AC.

We have already cancelled our remaining flight passes and have booked American for our first two trips to Miami in October and November.

We have been complaining about the Rouge flights to Ft. Lauderdale since they started last fall. It is a disgrace.

I am sitting in the Maple Leaf Lounge at the moment at Pearson, soooooo thankful that I am not flying Rouge. After flying Air Canada for almost 30 years i think that Rouge is a sad excuse for an airline. Shame on you Air Canada!

Air Canada shouldn't be offering such an inferior service. It's shameful they put the Air Canada branding on this.

The leg room, even in the so called ugraded seats,is so inadequate that on a flight of more than an hour, I fear the risk of deep vein thrombosis warrants flying with another airline. The winter clientele flying to PHX and MIA etc. are seniors not sardines!

Just experienced my first Rouge flight from Miami to Toronto. Most unpleasant and unprofessional from check-in to disembarkment. Competitor airlines will be my choice for future flights

Traveling is suppose to be a good experience. This would not be. More like being sardines

I have, and will continue, to book on other airlines where Rouge is the only option, even if it means a non-direct fight. I am a 50K Elite passenger but will forego the Aeroplan Status points in favour of comfort. Lisbon, Bridgetown, Dublin and other routes of similar length should not be Rouge flights!
