Air canada rouge est un fiasco.trop tasse , employes mal habilles et l apparence pas propre dans plusieurs cas.la bouffe laissant toujours a desirer.charger un peu plus cher et vos clients reguliers seront contents avec du personnel plus style

Frequent flyer to Florida. Love Air Canada. Hate Rouge. Will switch to WestJet, because they care.

YYZ-RSW route will change to Rouge effective October 2016. I fly this route 18 times in winter.....I will switch to WestJet next winter!

Do what you can to avoid Rouge!Not only cruelly uncomfortable but in an emergency,the overcrowding would be unsafe.

Rouge seating is so bad one can literally end up with health issues by sitting too long in a cramped position.

I pay good money to fly business class. Rouge is not business class caliber. Far from first class that Air Canada professes to deliver.

Don't feel safe on their planes - won't fly them ever again. I will drive to buffalo before I fly Rouge.
