I have to fly rouge , as there is no other option to Fort Myers. Thank goodness it's only 3 hrs and I just suck it up . I would love a choice with Air Canada, they used to fly to Montreal from Fort Myers but no longer have that route.

HORRIBLE airline. The worst I have ever been on and I take 1-2 international trips a year from N American to Europe and have been for decades. We got stuck on Rogue flights from N American to Greece by DECEPTION. AC Rouge really needs to at least be forced to change its name so people know exactly what they are getting. We booked over the phone through a star alliance partner and were told we were getting put on Air Canada flights, NOT Air Canada Rouge flights. This airline needs to be kicked out of the star alliance and renamed. And Air Canada should be ashamed of this abomination. They charge full service airline prices for a product and service that is worse than bargain basement. It's a rip off! There was no seat back entertainment for 11 hour flights and nobody bothered to tell us we needed downland the AC app if we wanted to watch movies. We were sitting on the plane furiously trying to download the app on our devices before the door closed and we had to use international roaming data to do so. And only one of the plugs between our 3 seats worked each way. Thankfully we are seasoned travelers and we always travel with extension cords and a multi port USB charger. Otherwise we would have been out of luck. And if neither of the plugs at our seats had worked we would have also been out of luck. Also, the planes both ways upon takeoff made noises I have never heard a 767 make before and there were soft spots in the bathrooms on the floor that felt like water damage. I was genuinely worried I would fall through the floor!

I'm 5'11 and my knees hit the seat in front of me, I'm pregnant And this put me in alone of pain. Air hostess Natasha was the rudest most condescending flight attendant I've ever come across. Plane couldnt even land in its destination and had to land at a different city. They tried to force the passengers to stay on the plane for 4 hours before they attempted to land at the destination. I forced them to let me and many other passengers off but it wasn't easy. No compensation.

Why don't they keep these aircraft for shorter routes? When I asked about the noise they told me the planes are 40 years old and that is why they include ear plugs in their complementary bags.

I travelled on Premium and had a window seat
The aircraft was so noisy that I could not hear the safety announcements
When I mentioned the unbearable engine noise the staff member told me that most of ACR fleet was 40 year old !!!!
I payed the same price as I paid before with AC and my ears are still ringing
Service was good but the ear plugs in the pouch are useless !!!!

Is Rouge a subtle attempt to destroy the eminent Canadian airline company? By reducing it to a cheaper version of Canada 3000 the ultimate goal might be to open Canada to american airline companies. There must be some political reason for such a travesty

Being Canadian, I would prefer to support Air Canada, but not with unnecessarily higher prices and uncomfortable travel. Checkout Southwest, Ryan Air, Volaris. Simple, but comfortable and cheap. Air Canada - smarten up or lose it all....

I was an an air anad a rouge flight going from Montreal to Athens in August. This was a 10hours flight and I didn't receive any service not even water for 5hours! I pressed the botton for service but the stewardess never came. On my return I paid for premium thinking it must be better than economy. What a waste of my money! I feel asleep and when I woke up I had asked for my meal. I was told that there's no more meals left or food to offer me. I asked why no one woke me up and she persisted to offer me some tea! I ate nothing for 10hours and went home starving and dehydrated. I sent an email to customer service air Canada as I'm a frequent flyer and no one has even bothered to contact me back. Boycotting air Canada all together!!

Thank you for creating this petition. I'm tired of not being able to avoid air Canada rouge flights. They are chartered flights at the same cost as a normal flight. The staff is also not human nor is the service.
