For awhile now, there has been a law that states you can not fire someone based on their sexual orientation. I've always wondered why there is no law protecting transgender people from the same type of discrimination in the work place. Now I realize that Canada is pretty good about these things. But excluding gender identity from that law isn't right, nor is it fair, so I'm going to do something about it and hopefully you'll help. It only takes one ripple to make a wave. With this wave, I hope to finally see in writing, either gender identity included in that law, or a law passed for gender identity.
