A thousand people signed this thing and I am honestly just staring at the screen because I never thought it would actually get this far from my kitchen table. It feels wild to realize so many of you are fighting this same fight (and dealing with the exact same frustration regarding these scans) but it honestly gives me a lot of hope that we might actually get someone in government to pick up the phone finally.

I honestly cannot believe how fast this is moving right now because the momentum is becoming something truly wild and it really hits me that people are finally seeing the blatant unfairness of these scans being blocked. It feels like the tide is turning and maybe we can finally force the government to stop passing the buck to these societies and just start listening to actual patients who are tired of paying out of pocket for basic care.

This is ridiculous. People are suffering while the government just sits on their hands waiting for someone else to decide for them.
My brother has MS and the cost of these scans is just insane. He shouldn't have to choose between his health and paying rent.
Stop the gatekeeping and let people get the medical care they paid for. Its our health not theirs.
WHY ARE WE PAYING TAXES IF WE DONT GET ACCESS TO THE SAME CARE AS EVERYONE ELSE. DO YOUR JOBS AND HELP THE PEOPLE
My friend is struggling so much with this. It is clearly discrimination plain and simple. We need these scans covered.
