A brewery was the first thing that came to mind when the property next door went up for sale. A restaurant to boot makes it even BETTER !

Strongly support this as this area of James island desperately needs an area where the community can gather and socialize. We don’t need banks or car washes or gas stations. We need something that improves quality of life and this would be a great start.
