We the undersigned Demand that the decision by the Childrens Panel, who have dismissed any charges against the vile thugs who slashed and tortured defenceless animals at Camperdown Park, be immediately investigated by Justice Minister, Kenny McAskill. These toothless and frankly useless Childrens Panels are allowing children to get away scot-free for some of the most heinous of crimes. It has been a slap in the face to the staff that look after the animals at Camperdown Park for those responsible to be allowed to walk away unpunished and it must be reversed and dealt with properly. Every decent citizen has once again been let down by a so-called justice system.
