In remembrance of The Cambodian Holocaust. I am starting this petition so that we can celebrate one day for those who suffered dearly at the hands of the Khmer Rouge regime. According to the 2010 Census Bureau there is approximately 264,080 Cambodians living in America and the number is rising. I would like to get at minimum 500,000 signatures. Once that is accomplished I will be send this petition to governor Jerry Brown. If you are not a resident of Califorina please in the comment box put your city and state. Let's make a difference!
