ragging can no longer be tolerated. It is torture, organized crime and a grave violation of human rights. Please join the petition to call on the prime minister to expell all the students arrested in connection of ragging as a permenant means of deterrence. If severe action is not taken this crime will continue. We need a strong form of deterrence which is permenant expulsion!
