Everyone has the right to fair disciplinary proceedings as outline by the LRA. While taking stock of her comments that does not warrant a dismissal, however a final warning
if it is the first time offender. While acknowledgement of guilty by her, reflects her remorse sense of acceptance which is commendable. Furthermore, it has to be noted that when employer disciplines its employees does not set a double standard. A corrective approach was supposed to be afforded to her. Even though I am not privileges with the contract context she have enter into with the employer.
