What happened to Khaya was not fair at all despite her actions and what not.. She has acknowledge that she is guilty for what has occurred . then what did you not given warning instead of terminating her contract ?

I believe she was unfair dismissed because what she did was not work related matters the sabc was suppose to distance themselves from what she was doing.. Maybe give her a warning
