UN and its machineries currently continue to Sanction Eritrea unjustly causing misery to ordinary Eritreans. This was done through allegations and through reports, which was admitted to be baseless. UN Human Rights Rapporteur has been campaigning and instigating human right accusation against our beloved Mother land Eritrea. Eritreans are asking Where was UN when Ethiopian air force and tanks were massacring Eritreans in masses. Where is the UN action against Ethiopia occupation of Badme for over 13 years ignoring international ruling and virtual delimitation. Remember the reports by Monitoring groups had grown in to sanctions. We must stop the so called Human Rights Rapporteur from using invalid method of fake data collection with an intention to harm the people of Eritreans. 2016-01-03 Dear Members of the UN Human Right Council Members and the Commission of Inquiry on the Human Right Situation in Eritrea. My name is Mussie Habtegaber. and I am a proud Eritrean-Swidish ,residing in Sweden Östra Margareta v 56 46143 Trollhättan I traveled to Eritrea several times and i traveled different towns of Eritrea SAWA ,masawa ,keren akordet, teseney … etc some to mention so during my staye it was amazing i felt it very peaceful nation I do enjoyed it and I founded that way different story from the CoI report even not close to the truth and totally folse. I am writing this letter exclusively to protest and condemn; to the false allegation and accusation made by the Human right commission against my country Eritrea. These false and unfounded accusations are not only against my country Eritrea, but also against our rich culture, and innocent people. The Unjust sanction of Eritrea by different quarters by the reasons on human rights cut and past of lies an manufactured news and lies of many who false full manipulated to fit their agendas must stop. I need to be interview an Eritrean not Ethiopian, somalin or Djiboutian as an Eritrean who have been aware of UN unjust treatment of Eritrea. I condemned to stop victimizing Eritrea and its people, every time you come up with a falls allegation, you cause all harm that you could, and finally with no shame you admit that all allegations are unfounded. As an Eritrean I consider the report as an insult not only to the Eritrean people but also to all African people.
