I opposes all fabrication against Eritrea. I stand with all eritreans side by side together to defend from enemies. Eritrea is a land of Christians and Muslims live together.

I strongly condemn baseless, irrational, politically motivated accusations of COI towards my country Eritrea. Entire reports are ill intented, untrue. Most of all, it insults the entire Eritrean society and the culture as a whole by accusing that sexual violence in the national service, slave labour in the service etc.. our society(Eritrean people) including national service personals are part of our well behaved society. I therefore, condemn such illusional accusations in full leverage.

Dear Members of the UN Human Rights Council, and Members of the Commission of Inquiry on the Human Rights Situation in Eritrea: I am writing this email in protest against the persistent and unwarranted attack that the UNHRC’s Commission of Inquiry (COI) continues to perpetrate against the people and State of Eritrea. Since its establishment through resolution 26/24 of 27 June 2014, under the pretext of investigating all alleged violation of Human Right in Eritrea, the “Commission of Inquiry (COI) has been engaged in activities that attempt to undermine the very people it purport to be concerned about. It is however abundantly clear to all Eritreans, inside and outside the country, that the Commission is creation of political entities with destabilizing agenda against the State of Eritrea and it is a mere instrument of this stratagem. I was born and raised in Eritrea and recently immigrated to the USA. In my experience in Eritrea until very recently, I was able to travel without restrictions, and meet people from all walks of life. Never have I heard or witnessed all the allegations of human rights abuse that the COI has filed in its report of June 2015. Moreover, the COI’s allegation of “possible crimes against humanity” in Eritrea is extremely outrageous and slanderous, contrary to the peace, stability and respect for basic human rights that prevails in the country. Therefore, I, like all citizens of the state of Eritrea, wholly and unequivocally reject the Commission and the “mandate” it has been tasked to undertake. As per UN charter, Eritrea and its people have every right to live in peace and without persisting external interference. It is also our prerogative to conduct our governance as we see fit. Thus, the COI should cease its unholy conspiracy against Eritrea and respect Eritrean people’s right not to be interfered with. Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to your positive engagement with Eritrea and Eritreans.

The inquiry commission must stop fabricating lies. I am sick and tired of hearing the same lies over and over again. If UN is really interested in promoting justes then they should suction the Ethiopian regime that is occupian Eritrean territory. There is no more grave violation than this. By the way the only human rights violation has been committed in Eritrea by the so called United Nation peace keepers and baseless suction's impact on Eritean economy. This unsubstantiated sunction must be lifted immedately and UN must componsate Eritreans 200 billion for the damage it has inflicted in the last fifty years. Georgis Canada
