Stop UN the ill-conceived un Human Right rapporteur invalid way of collecting wrong data on Eritrea. Human Right Rapport doesn't represent Eritreans population in diaspora or inside Eritrea. UN and its machineries currently continue to sanction Eritrea unjustly causing misery to ordinary Eritreans. This was done through allegations and through reports, which was admitted to be baseless. UN Human Rights Rapporteur has been campaigns and instigating human right accusation against our beloved Mother land Eritrea. Eritreans are asking where was UN when Ethiopia air force and tanks were massacring Eritreans in masses. Where is the UN action against Ethiopia occupation of the village Badme for over 13 years ignoring international ruling and virtual delimitation. Remember the reports by monitoring groupshad grown in to sanctions. We must stop the so called Human RightsRapporteur from using invalid method of fake data collection with an intention to harm the people of Eritreans. Stop, stop, stop. Thanks

I am writing this letter to oppose and protest in the strongest terms against the allegations of “gross violations of human rights in Eritrea” that the Commission of Inquiry (COIEritrea) published in its report last year. I am an Eritrean living in the United Kingdom, I was in Military Service for about 10 years in Eritrea. What I witnessed in Eritrea is a country at peace and stability which respects basic rights of its citizens, despite the “no-war/no-peace” situation that prevails due to Ethiopia’s illegal occupation of sovereign Eritrean territories. In Eritrea, As Eritrean born Eritrea is one of the most peaceful country where people lived equally. But the reason why so many people leaved the country is economy problems because of no-war/no-peace” situation between Ethiopian and Eritrean boarder. and  I have to say not all people who claim they are Eritrean refugees are actually Eritrean refugees. If you're from Eritrea, or if you can convince a refugee officer that you're Eritrea, Immediately get accepted, And that means that Ethiopian, Sudan and Somalia asked asylum in Eritrea case and accepted as Eritrean refugees.  The most outrageous allegation of the COIEritrea is that of “sexual violence” and rape against women. This is totally false and does not reflect the realities of Eritrea, where women’s rights are respected and protected by law and deeply entrenched as social values of Eritrea. Concerning Eritrea’s National Service, I have been National service in sawa Eritrea for 10 years and I have many cousins, brothers and sisters of close relatives and friends doing their national service obligation and , and they never mentioned it as “slave labor”. All of them are proud of their contribution. it was mostly an educational center, with minimal military training. All in all there are no gross and systematic violations of human rights in Eritrea.
