CALL TO ACTION TO NUST HOSTEL PROBLEMS

Wifi quality is good but I would genuinely appreciate it if it is extended so it also connects in our rooms.

No wifi and we're paying so much money Poor food quality for so much money

As paying residents, we are deeply concerned about the lack of Wi-Fi in our rooms despite high hostel fees, are we only paying for electricity and water? The quality of food and cleaning services is also below standard. The current conditions are not conducive for students at a university of science and technology, and meaningful improvements must be made. We need change! We want change! We are tired!

The poor Wi-Fi connection is a growing concern, especially the side of the boys hostel were we're unable access any school provided WiFi network

The NUST hostel really has a long way to go before it can be regarded as a conducive accommodation, for students to live and prosper in their academic life.

Can we please get WiFi. And the rooms are expensive, can it be reduced maybe

The fact that there is no Wi-Fi in the hostel is really inconvenient, because we have online work to be done. There are students like myself, that study at night or use night hours to complete work because of the many classes during the day, and having to go out into the cold just to see updates or submit work is frustrating.

I signed the petition because we don't have some crucial commodities that should be provided by the hostel,such as: * Hostel WI-FI *The promised washing machines *Serving of sufficient food *And the peaceful study environment for the Hostel students only, unlike the cafeteria.

Hand washing sometimes is quiet frustrating for one as it old fashion and outdated. One has to find a nearest laundry place to do their laundry even. Hence may the relevant authorities please install the machines that have been bought already.

We are facing a lot of difficulties with our academics mainly because 90% of our resources are online and we cannot access them due to lack of internet (wifi)

Wi-Fi should be fixed.
