I hope the heavy hand of the American Justice System does the right thing and make an example out of him. It's about time the world changes their attitude towards pets, and give them the protection they deserve.

Prosecute. We need stronger laws against senseless animal cruelty. Those poor baby puppies just so this awful man could play target practice.

This was a cruel and senseless act against a innocent animal, my heart aches for this dogs family as it was a loved family member. The laws need to be stronger against these kind of people!
In the state of Mo. he would be prosecuted for that act unless the trespassing dog was posing a threat to his family or livestock.

What the man did was a sensless act of cruelty. The dog was doing nothing wrong. If he didnt want the dog on the propery he could have done several other things like yelling, making loud noises, chasing her out, etc rather than just sending a bullet her way. He needs to pay for what he did.

No, he does not have a right to shoot anything or anyone that isn't threatening him....certainly not morally. Laws have to be changed. This is outrageous!

This story is heartbreaking , and I hate that this has happened to my friend and her family ! What a poor excuse for a person I hope he pays and learns that it is not okay to shoot a animal who is not bothering you or anything else .
