I have chronic pain, Psoriatic Arthritis, and other illnesses that I suffer from. I take opiates and other dangerous drugs that could kill me and would like the right to use Cannabis, which has never killed a single person, ever!

The last thing this state needs is an elected representative not listening to those he represents, but only to those who keep him well paid. Enough is enough, sick Pennsylvanians need relief now!

As a practicing Physician in The Commonwealth, I am appalled by your statements. The FDA has already approved THC (brand name: Marinol). The Legislature has already taken upon itself to re-schedule controlled substances (by designating OxyContin Schedule 1 when possessed by one to whom it is not prescribed). Your position is illogical, irresponsible, and reprehensible. You are hiding behind a smokescreen. You were elected to represent the people of The Commonwealth, and I seriously doubt that your Legislative District is so out of line with the rest of The Commonwealth as to support your refusal to bring SB3 to a vote in your Committee.

The FACT he is accepting donations from pharma companies instead of representing the people is descicable. Nearly 90% of Pennsylvanians want this legislation enacted, how dare Matt Baker let special interests cloaked in a veil of social conservatism stop sick people from getting the natural cure they need.

i think it should be something people with these medical conditions can try, the use of pills is getting out of hand and the addiction rate for chronic pain with pain pills is too high.
