Individuals are needing medical cannabis and he is dragging his feet on purpose regardless what the rest of PA wants. His narrow minded views are interfering with what we want.

He is everything that's wrong with are government, I am a registered republican but this man is out for his own agenda and I'm sure he is lining his pockets with kick backs from the pharmicuetical company's. He has turned a cold shoulder to a natural remedy for so many conditions including epileptic seizures and cancer and recieves donations from pharmaceutical companies. Not only should he be fired, but he should be tarred and feathered and made an example of!

Representative Baker would like the FDA to say a plant is ok in their book. Really? Sir you can take your pharma money and leave as you are the kind of person we no longer need in politics in this state or country. If there was one argument that was honest and truthful about the concerns of having a medicinal cannabis program in this state most people would be willing to listen but there are none. These programs have been going in different parts of the country since the mid 90's without any people over dosing or being harmed... unless you take into account the harm that the state and federal governments have caused with their "war on drugs". Please resign yourself and fade into obscurity as another failed politician that was on the wrong side of history.

He needs out, theres no consideration of what Pennsylvanians want. We are the ones dealing with PTSD, Seizures among other things. He says medicines will be available by 2017. Some will be dead by then n they suffered. I am a cutizen of this Commonwealth and this is unacceptable.

I suffer from anxiety, depression, chronic pain and bipolar and my fiance suffers from ptsd and chronic pain. Having it legalized would help give us proper safer treatments. My medicines turn me into a zombie so most of the time I don't take them because we have a 16 month old and I can't function properly when I take them.
