Representative Baker's statements about refusing to allow the Medical Marijuana bill to come to the floor seriously shows he's supporting the Pharms and not the citizens of Pennsylvania who have been waiting for Medical Marijuana for over 10 years. He needs to reclues himself as Chairman of the Health Committee on this bill!

How can one person slow down or stop this from happening? Is that how government is supposed to work? By law he shouldn't be allowed to do this. It needs to be a vote. IT IS NOT HIS RIGHT TO DECIDE IT ON HIS OWN. Anything else I would say would not be very nice so I am done.

Why should this "legislator" vote against a possible cure or a medication that will prevent the further growth of cancers? I'll tell you why he is either in the pocket of the pharmaceutical industry or he is a religious zealot that suggests that it's against god's will.
