How dare he block what could help so many,... I hope everyone realizes how he TOOK CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS from multiple pharmaceutical companies who have combined to pay over $1 billion to settle charges that they were marketing drugs for uses not approved by the FDA. ... my thoughts of him,... (_0_) !! I think everyone in Pa. that could benefit from medical marijuana should individually sue this man for blocking this bill . He should be removed from office for allowing his personal agenda and go against the MAJORITY of the people.. GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Prescription drugs nearly killed me! Let's put Matt Baker on half of what I was on and see what it does to his body!! I live with Fibromyalgia and chronic pain....I should have the choice in choosing what manages my pain....not someone who knows nothing about it!!

Why anyone would be against something that has PROVEN benefit for cancer patients, as well as helping kids with epilepsy, as well as a myriad of other beneficial uses, is beyond me.

Mr. Baker, with all due respect, apparently your heart and soul prefers receiving financial kickbacks from big pharma than helping children suffering from deadly seizures. The evidence to this charge is overwhelming. My son has autism and epilepsy. His neurologist from DuPont and epilepsy specialist from CHOP among millions of your constituents,desperately want this safe cbd oil from marijuana to be legal. Imagine watching your dear little boy convulse into daily and or weekly seizures with his lips turning blue and you are helpless because a state representative would rather receive money from a multibillion dollar pharmaceutical industry than help your child. Then their son vomits up the medicine big pharma gives them to control their seizures. Yes and that medicine also causes anxiety and affects his focus. What a life these children must endure. Also, the millions suffering from fibromyalgia,cancer,cronic pain and the list goes on.But hey, you are getting kickbacks.
