Mr. Baker has shown that he does not have the best interests of the people of Pennsylvania at heart or in his mind.

Clearly Mr. Baker has special interests in mind and not the needs of his constituents and people in need of this product.

It's disgusting how transparent our representatives can be in supporting their lobbyists' interests. Yeah, they funded you during your election, but it is your duty to REPRESENT your constituency, not the corporations that payed your advertisement bills. Rep Matt Baker has no morality, no honor, and no backbone, we'd be better off without his like in the HoR.

I am a forty six year old woman, who was diagnosed with congenital hip dysplasia and scoliosis of the spine at the age of five. Following numerous surgeries, I entered the medical profession as an L.P.N. until I was declared permanently disabled. I have run the gambit of pharmaceuticals, all of which failed to be effective for my chronic pain. I fact, I found myself sick and unable to function in my daily life due to the side effects and withdrawals that I suffered from such medications. As a mother of three, I found cannabis the only medication that effectively treated my chronic pain while allowing me to be able to care for my children and maintain a normal functioning household. Declaring me, or others like me, a criminal element for utilizing a medication that allows us to function normally is the real crime. As a representative of the people of this state, we demand representation! You must bring it to a vote! Sincerely, Tru Lyn Templin-Miller

fact.......first hand knowledge of cancer patients whose pain is relieved after smoking and or eating medical marijuana.

Cannibas has been around since the beginning of time. IT'S A PLANT! IT'S A SUPER FOOD, AND IT'S EXTREMELY GOOD FOR YOU!!! Not once in any given history book or medical book has their been a reported death on cannibas! Out law the dandelions if you want to get rid of a weed. Second it's mentioned though out the Bible and enjoy all seed bearing plants. 3rd how many people die each year of legalized alcohol, nicotine, pills, even house hold cleaners?. 4th our tax dollars going down the drain for years and years. Stop supporting the cartels, the police unions, big pharm, the prison guard unions, etc I can go on and on. This is a joke to you! You probably do it along with 90 percent of your family. What about the greatest minds of our generation? All smoked weed. Couldn't come up with the atomic bomb with out it because he enjoyed it as well. Couldn't of freed thr slaves without it because his favorite thing to do was sit on his porch with a packed pipe and play the harmonica. Same thing with all of our Founding Fathers. The list goes on and on. Stop the madness.

It's one thing if he is opposed and wants to vote no. It's another thing if he's preventing democracy from working by refusing to allow a vote when the VAST majority of Pennsylvanians are in favor of the measure. Remove Rep. Baker from office immediately, and let's stop living in the dark ages.

This man has no idea how to represent anyone but himself and his own interests. He is a disgrace to the State of Pennsylvanian.

I have epilepsy. Medical marijuana is the cure. Please don't stand with drug companies.
