How you can legislate a God given plant into or out of legality is beyond comprehension. If you look at the realities you understand what's really going on here. This plant is a weed, needs no cultivation, will grow almost anywhere, & was not always illegal. Not until propaganda & an industry run by big money made it so. Now it's an industry of unimaginal wealth trying to keep it that way. The big pharmaceutical companies are using Baker as their stooge in PA.to keep a highly & w8del6 known medicinal plant that anyone could grow on a scale with heroin & crack cocain making users into criminals. That mindset has kept our society with the largest rate of incarceration in the world. Yet big pharm companies & alcohol kill 100% more people every year than marijuana ever has in history. Look at the data. This needs to be addressed & fixed.

It is a travesty that officials are permitted & continue to put the ethical treatment of their constituents last to their private & big business agenda. All for $!! Your fired due to not fulfilling the requests of your voters.

He MUST be removed from his position because he's obviously NOT doing his job! I'm sure one of his big pharma contributors, that contribute the most to his campaign fund (n pad his pockets) and are pressuring him to NOT allow this to pass will give him a job! But he's not doing what's best for Pennsylvania residents so he HAS to go!!

Many new prescription drugs now being sold at ridiculously inflated prices have ZERO benefit over cheaper, older, generic drugs with less side effects. Instead of bloviating about the fact that medical marijuana does not help everybody, how about cracking down on Big Pharma abuses, Mr. Astro Zeneca?

When polls show that 85% of the population want something and a law maker makes every attempt to block that measure, then he or she has shown no interest in the feelings of those who voted that law maker into office and has turned his or her back on them. This is the case here and is why he should be never be reelected.
