Its scumbag politicians that have no set ideals or morals, that ruin this great commonwealth, we live in. If this man was a true patriot or Pennsylvanian. He would of read up on the history about how the founding fathers grew hemp, smoked pot and brewed whisky, all of which was illegal or heavily taxed at this time period.. This man does represent the ideals of this nation or our wonderful commonwealth. This man, im sorry, this ingrate needs to read up on the history of this Nation. And our Commonwealth. I could go on but this is a petition, not a debate site.

This man is ridiculous..Keeping peoples medicine away from them because he dont feel it is right... Try having someone wiht a disability in your family that NEEDS or COOULS USE this medicine to help with Seizure control....

Like I said public opinion is for it,the public put you in office, the public will vote you out.get a life.ill bet you drink,that's ok,it ruins more lives than Marijuana, except I'm a felon because I believe in Marijuana.

my wife suffers from PTSD and needs this bill to pass to get her off the pharmaceuticals that Mr. Baker's campaign is funded by.

really? I mean, voting against it is one thing, it is not in your best interests. but to deny it outright? this is a Commonwealth, not your wealth. if you are that selfish, leave the state.

The bill should be given consideration by the full House and Senate, not held up by one individual legislator. I want my Representative and Senator to vote the bill up or down.

This man is not a physician. The final authorization of the use of any drug or pharmaceutical is the physician. Why not give that informed person all the tools we can to care for everyone.
What is Baker afraid of? Allow the vote so those we have elected can do their jobs.
